Notifications have stopped!

For maybe a month or more the push notifications have stopped working and if the app is opened it will not refresh. It will show the same deal for days unless you close the app and restart it. In setting on the app it instructs you to go to your phone and make sure it is on. This app is not included on the page. Maybe this is the problem?
